Back in 1977, my friend Lisa and I saw a Linda Ronstadt concert at Radio City Music Hall with my Mother. Then we attended a small after-concert party.
We were studying a picture on the wall of the Rockettes, when an ordinary-looking guy, in a down vest and jeans, came over to us and exclaimed “you should see them with their hair down”.
My friend said “Oh sh*t, it’s Bill Murray“, who then responded in his deadpan manner, “don’t curse at me”. I was so excited and said you have to meet my Mom and brought him over to her and he said (you guessed it) ” Hi,Mom.” It was so classic Bill.
